About M&R 360 Solutions

My 30-year career is built on a progression from the shop floor to the digital core. I started my maintenance journey on the tools. Later I managed a maintenance repair shop before diving into the early days of condition-based maintenance with Schematic Approach. This was my first brush with consulting work.

That hands-on foundation opened the door to EMA Canada, where I rose to Director and
shareholder, leading our M&R practice team for utilities and public works. This deep dive into systems implementation led to an eventual ownership role at Asset Performance Group (APG) as VP of Delivery Services, where I oversaw all maintenance and reliability projects.

When APG was acquired by Deloitte Canada in 2017, as a Senior Manager in their newly formed Operations Management Services team, my focus shifted to optimizing how major enterprises use their M&R technology. Becoming a Director, my focus sharpened around helping clients get the very most out of technology in maintenance, reliability, and asset management – making sure digital tools actually supported better decisions and better work. This included a focus on quality master data and the use of AI in the M&R environment in 2024 - 2025

Today, as the founder of M&R 360 Solutions, I've come full circle helping
organizations bridge the gap between their maintenance reality and their digital investments.

When not busy with work, I love hiking, canoeing, and golf. Indoors, I paint in oils and play guitar!
